CPS

Welcome Monday, I think. 😉

Today’s card is a very versatile card that can use lots of different stamps and keep the basic design.

The main image is stamped and heat embossed in clear, then inked over the embossing powder and wiped clean. It’s a resist technique that gives a great result.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

It’s a great Monday because I’m OFF from work, yea!

I’d like to share the card that I’m giving my DB today. I used the colors from the Ippity Twist Challenge for week 2: red, black, white and aqua.

The set I used this week is called IPK-115 Love in Return. Perfect for Valentine’s Day right? There are 12 red rubber cling mounted stamps included in the set and can be found here.

Hi there hoppers and blog visitors!

Welcome to Friday on a long weekend, yea!!!

I’ve got another Clean & Simple (CAS) card for you. Some single color stamping with gray and coloring with tan and blue glitter gel pens, ribbon and done! I used this week’s Play Date Cafe colors (blue, gray and tan) which worked out just fine with Ms. Peacock!

Hey, this is the last Hippity Hop for 2010!! Thanks for coming by to see it!!

I’ve got a tall card for you today! I missed this CPS sketch when it came out, so I took this opportunity to use it this week! Also, the Play Date Cafe had a great color combo that I really wanted to try out. 🙂

I made my own background paper then distressed the edges with a neutral beige ink. I then went back over the pattern and colored in the centers on the background paper using the dye ink pad and a water brush. Basically, take the water brush and touch it to the ink pad. Ink will transfer to the moist brush which then can be used to paint whatever you want to on the stamped design.

I also spritzed the large flower with a Pearlized Mist that I created myself. See my custom recipes at this post. Click the picture for a larger version.

Hello Ippity fans! It’s been a little while since I’ve hopped – too much work and too little play. 🙂

The Holidays are upon us and I’m thinking of people that I won’t be with this year. A little nostalgic I suppose! So, I made this card to send in lieu of us seeing each other. The Regal Greetings set is one of my favorites, it never fails to shine no matter how you use the stamps!

I heat embossed the fleur-de-lis with glittery embossing powder – it sure does twinkle in the sunlight! I am using this week’s Play Date Cafe’s color challenge of black, white and yellow. What a great combo!

May your Holidays be full of fun, cheer and love!
