Announcement!

Unity has decided to not use Ippity Chicks to sell Ippity any longer, so once the stamps are marked "OUT OF STOCK", I won't be able to restock them. Thank you for your interest and purchases!!

Goodbye October! Hello November! Welcome hoppers! Happy almost Halloween!!

I had so much fun creating the card for this week’s challenge! Rollerskating was a big part of my fun time throughout my life, so this card was just too fun to make! My rollerskating hobby started in grammar school when my sister and I used to go to the local wood floor rink by the lake. It was small and crowded – totally fun though! My sister was a WIZ on her skates and I wanted to be just like her. I’ve never been able to achieve her fluid motion, even when I actually took LESSONS! I got MUCH better, but never as good as she was. I did have as much fun as her, I’m convinced. 🙂

So here’s my card! Hope you like the Unity Stamp and Ippity Stamp combo! The Ippity stamp that I used was the dotted background one found in the “Love in Return” kit. That is such a versatile stamp!

Can you believe it’s the last Hippity Hop for October? Crazy isn’t it?

Welcome to Monday and the start of the work week. Can you tell how thrilled I am? 🙂

My card today is using the cute Ippity set called “Fall for You”. It’s full a TON of images that are super cute! What I really like about this set is that it has images pertaining to the Autumn season but also very versatile images like a bird cage, journaling line block and corners.

Speaking of the corners, have you seen the EK Success or Stampin’ Up! hand punches that punch out corners? Well these stamps work WITH THE PUNCHES! Isn’t that the coolest? I LOVE it when stamps work with punches or dies!!

Now, onto the card. The paper is from Reminisce and it’s reflective AND holographic! It looks pretty funky in the picture due to the camera flash, so just know it’s the paper, LOL.

Hello hoppers! Welcome to Friends with Flair at Unity and Ippity stamps!

I’m so happy it’s the weekend, yea! Like the regular work people, I too yearn for the 2 days off a week that I don’t have to go to work. I can have fun and release the stress those wonderful 2 days. This weekend I have some fun crafting plans with friends. That makes me happy!

Today’s card is a simple one using this week’s Play Date Cafe’s colors of pink, orange and yellow. Since Unity is the sponsor, it is really appropriate to match the two in today’s post!

The background burlap stamp is from Ippity and the heat embossed flower stamp is from October’s KOTM. Cool isn’t it?

Can you believe we’re 1/2 way through October already???

Welcome to the weekly Ippity Stamps hop! There are so many great ideas coming from the Ippity Chicks and Customers! Take a peek along the hop and you’ll definitely agree!

Here’s my card for this week. It’s maybe a tad unconventional, but I hope you’ll find it fun. The tree normally have hearts showing. For the season, I covered them with the goggley eyes! The bat is a Tim Holtz mask that I swiped an ink pad over (Direct to Paper). The tree and letters are heat embossed with pretty embossing glitter powder – so sparkly!! The crooked fence punch is a favorite of mine to use this time of year. It just sets the mood perfectly!
